Why we chose Trustpilot
Reviews posted on a company's own website are easy to cherry-pick. We wanted feedback that you can trust precisely because we don't control it. Trustpilot is an independent review platform:
- Independent. Reviews live on Trustpilot's site, not ours. We can respond to a review, but we can't edit it.
- Verified. Trustpilot can label reviews that come from verified customer invitations, so you can tell who actually worked with us.
- Public and permanent. Anyone can read the full history — positive, negative, and our replies.
How customers will be invited
After we've worked with you — whether that's reviewing your current auto loan, helping you through a soft-pull refinance prequalification, or talking through a plan after a denial — you'll receive an invitation to review your experience on Trustpilot.
- Every customer gets an invitation. Not only the ones we think had a good experience.
- You write it in your own words. We don't suggest wording or ask you to change what you wrote.
- We read every review. If something went wrong, we want to know and we'll respond publicly.
Our honest review policy
We hold ourselves to a simple standard:
- We never pay for reviews or offer discounts, gifts, or other incentives in exchange for a review.
- We never write reviews ourselves or ask friends and family to post them.
- We never filter who receives an invitation based on how we think they'll rate us.
- We never ask Trustpilot to remove a review simply because it's negative.
- We don't post ratings or testimonials on this website unless they come from real customers.
